My name is Julian Packman, and I hold both British and French nationalities. I came to live in the Charente department in 2006 following a successful career in retail management and IT, both in the United Kingdom and the Middle East. I quickly set up Ceefah Solutions offering an all-embracing property management service which, over the years, has gone from strength to strength.
Based in Nonaville, close to Chateauneuf sur Charente, and with highly satisfied clients spread over a radius of some 40 kms, Ceefah Solutions offers expertise covering such diverse aspects as: garden maintenance (particularly care of swimming pools), electrical and plumbing services via fully registered trades and external and interior decorating.
I have developed good working relationships with a wide range of local tradesmen and am well-placed to recommend those who could provide extra assistance when such might be required.
Unlike larger businesses that offer similar services in the area, you will benefit from a personal service and be able to pay via Invoice. All services are offered free of TVA.
