Unlike many other companies offering similar services, I do not subcontract any work to third parties such as auto-entrepreneurs. Therefore, my charges are very competitive as I do not need to pay any third parties.
My charges for services do not attract TVA (French VAT) in accordance with ART.293 B DU C.G.I. This saves you 20% when compared to many of my competitors.
I do not take any form of commission for using my recommended electricians, plumbers, roofers etc. All trades used are registered in France, fully insured and will invoice you direct. I'm more than happy to work with your own preferred contractors.
Unless otherwise agreed, invoicing for services takes place at the end of each calendar month. terms are strictly 14 days.
I provide all my own tools and equipment.
Routine gardening, including grass cutting, weeding, hedge trimming, pressure washing, general pruning and removal of garden waste to the local Dechetterie.
Sourcing and management of suitable trades (plumbers, roofers, electricians etc.) Overseeing works as agreed with client. General administration.
Spring opening, winterisation of your swimming pool (excluding chemicals).
Check and adjust PH, Chlorine levels and filter cleaning/backwashing etc. on a weekly basis (excluding chemicals).
Regular checks of your unoccupied property for water leaks, rodent activity, correct functioning of heating, running taps and flushing toilets to avoid bad odours and checking for any damage after storms.
Please be aware that I am not registered/accredited with CNAPS (Conseil national des activités privées de sécurité). I am therefore not permitted to provide any form private security, including Alarm monitoring & callouts.
